1 General Provisions

jkta7 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the website, mobile version, and any related services.

The following definitions apply when reading these Terms:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on jkta7.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal platform profile.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use jkta7 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old — only those aged 21 or above may use the platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• A user may create only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

If a user provides false information or creates multiple accounts, jkta7 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close that account(s), and any associated bonuses may be cancelled.

3 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at jkta7: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳300.

• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly or quickly.
• jkta7 reserves the right to verify any deposit request.
• For deposits delayed due to technical issues, please contact the support team.
• Depositing from a third-party account is not permitted; the source of the deposit must be registered in the user's own name.

4 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.

• The withdrawal method requested must be consistent with the deposit method used.
• jkta7 may request additional documents for identity verification purposes.
• Bonus funds for which the wagering requirements have not been met are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the method registered in the user's own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jkta7 offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receiving and using the bonus:

• A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing the bonus — applied to the bonus amount only.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total of ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳20,000.
• Wagering calculation: for a ৳1,500 bonus, winnings earned on the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets.
• Each bonus offer has specific validity periods and conditions — see the details of the specific offer.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• jkta7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the case of bonus abuse or breach of conditions, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

6 VIP Program

jkta7's VIP program has five tiers, and a weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Users have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers based on continued active participation and gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change, and jkta7 reserves the right to amend this program at any time.

7 Fair Play Policy

jkta7 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to influence the gaming system using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches for personal gain.
• Attempting to defraud the system by coordinating with other users.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using unauthorized third-party payment methods.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when using jkta7's sports betting service:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, a refund or new odds will be determined in accordance with the betting rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jkta7 reserves the right to cancel bets confirmed at those odds.
• In live betting, bets may be accepted or rejected due to server delays.
• Placing bets using advance knowledge or insider information about the outcome of an event is prohibited.

9 Game Rules & Results

Slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games available on jkta7 follow the rules of their respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt).

• The outcome of each game is determined by the respective provider's Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost mid-game, the placed bet will be settled according to the game result.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the provider's server logs will be considered final.
• jkta7 reserves the right to correct any errors in coordination with game providers.

10 Account Security

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claims.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

13 Limitation of Liability

jkta7 is an entertainment gaming platform. jkta7's liability is limited in the following matters:

• jkta7 is not liable for the actions of third-party networks, payment providers, or game providers.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game result, or service, follow the process below:

• Provide details of the dispute, including the date, amount, and relevant screenshots.
• The support team will investigate within a reasonable time and communicate their decision.
• jkta7's decision will be considered final unless otherwise determined through a legal process.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the jkta7 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jkta7 and is protected by copyright.

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission from jkta7 is prohibited.
• Use of the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Content from third-party game providers is protected by their own intellectual property laws.

16 Changes and Termination of Services

jkta7 may add, modify, or discontinue any service, game, or feature at any time. Advance notice will be given where possible, but this may not be possible in urgent situations. jkta7 is not responsible for any losses arising from such changes.
